We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely two days a week after 90 days. This position has flexibility in choosing which two days, in addition to Wednesday, will be worked in the Silver Spring, MD office.


The Wire/ACH Analyst performs operational and analytical tasks to meet departmental objectives and to mitigate risk to the Bank. Responsible for conducting quality assurance and audits and or testing, ensuring company standards are maintained and integrity is preserved.Verifies the accuracy of the data in order to provide confidence in the results. Ensures proper procedures are followed to minimize loss to the Bank, while maintaining quality service Responsible for complex research and analysis. Assists with the unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4 years wire, ACH related or electronic bank operations experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Detailed-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Understanding of related and common banking laws, regulations, policies and compliance related to wires.
  • Good understanding of payments risks and how to protect the bank
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; to be accurate and follow all risk protocols to avoid losses.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word,and Outlook.
  • Above average to advance knowledge in Excel
  • Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive


  • Associates Degree or Equivalent preferred
