The Customer Service Representative establishes, retains and deepens relationships with new and existing clients. Provides quality service to internal and external clients through effective and professional written and verbal communication. Processes teller transactions and balances cash accurately and efficiently. Contacts clients to identify additional banking needs to strengthen client relationships and meet cross-sell goals.
The Branch Manager manages and leads branch staff for optimal performance in sales, service and operations. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Lending
The Portfolio Administrator acts as a liaison between the bank and the customer to ensure the appropriate and expedient processing and booking of new loans and Letters of Credit. This includes reviewing the loan approval and borrower information to confirm that the necessary requirements are met prior to submitting a loan package for documentation and closing; reviewing the final loan documents to ensure compliance with the loan approval; coordinating the closing of loans with internal and external customers and vendors; and initiating and overseeing the loan funding and booking process.
The Portfolio Manager, in conjunction with one or more Relationship Managers, actively manages, services and grows each assigned loan portfolio. The Portfolio Manager may independently drive the credit process by facilitating the collection of financial information from clients and prospects, overseeing the credit analysis and underwriting of credit, preparing and submitting credit packages for the approval of new loans and for the renewal of existing loans, working with the Relationship Manager(s) to draft term sheets/loan proposals, reviewing loan documents, both internally and attorney prepared, for accuracy prior to loan closing and the day-to-day management of upcoming maturities, past dues and documentation exceptions.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for the generation and management of a large and complex loan and deposit portfolio for new and existing clients. The Relationship Manager evaluates the client’s needs and aligns those requirements with the appropriate bank products and product partners; performs the initial vetting and structure of loan transactions, including the preparation of term sheets; directs the underwriting of loan transactions, including the analysis of financial statements, and presents credit packages to the appropriate parties for approval.
Operations
Check Exceptions provides daily support to branch personnel and other areas within the bank. They handle NSF, Non-Post, Return Deposit Items, Stop Payments and Check Adjustments.
Deposit Operations provides customer service and support to other areas within the bank. They assist with account set-up, maintenance and documentation, CTR reporting, processing for the escrow manager and Goldman Sachs products, and the processing of legal notices to the organization.
The e-Delivery department provides both internal and external customer service (including set up and maintenance) for cash management products and services to include, but not limited to: remote deposit, debit card processing, Positive Pay, mobile wallet, fraud monitoring and responses, and account reconciliation.
IT encompasses desktop support, application assistance, user access administration, network monitoring, security and management information reports. New projects are managed and coordinated with this area for both network and system changes.
Loan Servicing and Loan Administration are responsible for the “back-office” functions of the Bank’s lending operations. The department includes Loan Funding (review and disbursement of new loan funds), Loan Production (booking new loans and modifications onto the IBS system), and Loan Exceptions (tracking and imaging of on-going loan documents and financial information). Loan Administration also assists other areas of the Bank with reporting on the loan portfolio and with the review and updating of loan policies and procedures.
The Wire department facilitates the movement of currency both domestic and International transfer of funds from one customer or organization to another at a different financial institution. Funds may be sent in US dollars or Foreign Currency.
