We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely two days a week. This position has flexibility in choosing which two days, in addition to Wednesday, will be worked in the Silver Spring, MD office.


The Treasury Management Officer is responsible for identifying, selling and promoting deposit and treasury management related services to the bank’s commercial clients. Creates proposals; prepares presentations to clients; and provides technical support during the implementation process. Cultivates relationships with business partners around the organization. Regularly attends joint customer meetings with internal partners to provide consultation with the purpose of conducting relationship reviews to identify sales opportunities and solve complex financial needs. Meets all assigned deposit and treasury goals.



  • College Degree in Business or a related field or 4 additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Treasury Management product knowledge and sales training.
  • 3 (three) years of relevant experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Deposits and cross selling treasury and commercial banking products.
  • Solid knowledge of treasury management and deposit products.
  • Solid grasp of business terminology.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office: proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.


  • CTP designation (Certified Treasury Professional)
