We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.

Responsibilities

The Treasury Management Coordinator II independently supports the treasury management sales team in various operational and business development activities such as onboarding customers or implementing deposit and treasury management services primarily in Teams or by phone. Assists the product marketing process and coordination. Effectively communicates with all operational partners, to accurately complete various treasury management tasks or required documentation necessary to implement new services. Periodically will join sales calls to assist with coordination of product implementation. Effectively completes requested modifications to services authorized by customers. Maintains a working knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures such as but not limited to AML/BSA, Data privacy, Client Complaints Reporting, and all other pertinent procedures consistent with EagleBank’s Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 5 years of Commercial Customer Service experience in account opening and account maintenance in a financial institution; of which 2 years’ experience with Treasury Management product support is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to create and edit documents or presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient use of a banking platform system including setting up complex accounts and performing account maintenance.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of banking and treasury management products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work accurately in a detailed environment, multi-task, and track items to completion.

Preferences:

  • Associate degree or some college experience.
  • Interest and aptitude for sales.
