We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely up to two days a week. The primary office will be Silver Spring, MD with routine travel throughout the EagleBank footprint.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Corporate Services Manager has primary responsibility for all facets of facilities management, while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Oversees or provides input to the company’s facility operations and leasehold management, site selection, facility planning, project management, office moves and construction administration. Works in close partnership with managerial and executive teams to identify and remediate facilities-related needs/issues. Works proactively to ensure that facilities and building management processes remain up-to-date in both methodology and efficiency. Mentors Corporate Services/Facilities staff to ensure effective performance and individual growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management.
  • 10 years of facilities management to include contract negotiation, construction and maintenance experience.
  • 3 years of relevant Physical Security management experience.
  • 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) – required or to be obtained within 24 months of employment
  • Proficient in the areas of building codes, permits, health and safety procedures across Maryland, DC and Virginia.
  • Strong Project Management experience within the context of corporate services/facilities in a complex, multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Budget Preparation and Analysis, including full-scope ROI analysis
  • Direct experience in Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity within a multi-site workspace.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Remain abreast of current trends in office design/layouts, relevant building technology and local/enterprise facilities management applications which can be universally applied.

PREFERENCES:

  • Facilities Management Professional (FMP).
  • Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP).
