Responsibilities

The Premier Banker and their team provide relationship management in a customized and high-touch manner to our deposit driven clients to include relationships which are large and complex in nature, requiring a high level of personal attention and the utilization of a number of deposit-related services. This position is responsible for working closely with customers to deepen relationships with new and existing clients. Provides quality service to internal and external clients. Complies with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted for the position.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of branch banking platform experience in Account Opening/Servicing/Closing.
  • Bank Core System experience required; IBS Core Banking System preferred.
  • Proficient use of a banking Platform system including setting up complex accounts and performing account maintenance.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skill.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
