The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $60,302 and $92,772.

The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work.

Responsibilities

The Premier Banker facilitates the on-boarding of new and expansion of existing deposit relationships to the Bank. Cross-sells all Bank products & services assisting clients in meeting their banking needs. The Premier Banking Team provides relationship management in a customized and high-touch manner to our deposit driven clients to include relationships which are large and complex in nature, requiring a high level of personal attention and the utilization of a number of deposit-related services. This position is responsible for working closely with customers especially with issue resolution and thorough the onboarding process. Provides quality service to internal and external clients. Possesses advanced knowledge of the platform system. Serves as main point of contact for client problem resolution. Complies with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted for the position.

Important Note on this position

Flexible scheduling of work hours to perform some client calls before and/or after normal business hours due to international time zone differences.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 7 years of top-tier service experience in a similar high-touch role.
  • 5 years of platform experience in either branch or similar banking role opening/closing and servicing various types of commercial deposit products.
  • 2 years of commercial banking and treasury management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of IBS Core Banking System- Platform functions.
  • Strong knowledge of the signature verification software.
  • Strong knowledge of the check image retrieval system.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial terminology.
  • Proficient use of a banking Platform system including setting up complex accounts and performing account maintenance.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skill.
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures, specifically regarding deposit products.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • General working knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with international clientele
