The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $110,214.00 to $186,277.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities
Midsize Bank is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Identity and Access Management Manager (IAM) to directs the strategy, governance and oversight of EagleBank people, process and technology related to access management and related risks. This position leads the design, implementation, and management of the bank’s IAM program. The primary responsibility for the IAM Manager is to own the overall IAM strategy by defining and enforcing Second Line of Defense (2LOD) governance of First Line of Defense (1LOD) operational teams' provisioning, credentialing, entitlement, certification, and overall identity and access lifecycle management.
The IAM Manager manages the IAM analysts (both operations and developer), consultants and contractors who would support the technical initiatives associated with identity access and entitlements within EagleBank. The IAM Manager and team ensures adequate operational and technical support for the EagleBank employees, includes, but is not limited to overall user access roles, permissions, and profiles to establish user provisioning within all EagleBank applications, enable access Certifications/Reviews, manage the IAM automated life cycle management and provisioning.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- CIMP - Identity Management Institute Certified Identity Management Professional
- 10 years progressive technical experience in information security with 5 years in a senior IAM leadership role
- Vast experience with IAM technologies and solutions, including SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity governance tools.
- Experience with cloud based IAM solutions and integration of IAM systems across hybrid environments.
- Experience in regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the financial services industry (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR).
- Experience leading IAM teams, developing IAM strategies, and driving large-scale implementations.
- Identity Governance and Administration, including establishment of IAM technical and security requirements for implementation by vendors or internal application teams
- Development, implementation and execution of an IAM strategy, IAM polies and standards as well as risk-based RBAC and NIST SP 800-63 Digital Guidelines
- Active Directory and LDAP protocols
- Single Sign On & Federation using ADFS Multi-Factor Authentication and API security conceptsIndependent project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAPI security concepts
- Experience with best-in-class IAM Tools
- Strategic thinking with hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Preferences:
- Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS)
- 5 years in a senior IAM leadership role
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Preferred and
- CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information System Controls or
- CISM - Certified Information Security Manager; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) CRISC could substitute for this or
- CIAM - Identity Management Institute Certified Identity & Access Manager or CompTIA Security+ Certifications
