The Contract Analyst supports the Core Banking System. Collects and interprets data to help take actionable steps to improve efficiencies with Core Banking products as well as manage the Ticketing Process. The position includes a wide range of analytical functions in support of the Bank’s Core processing. Assists in other Operations related projects.


  • Assist colleagues with requests, escalations and support of the primary third party vendor relationship
  • Oversees and manages the internal client services request process for the Bank’s Core System. This includes submission and follow up to resolution or escalation as well as communicating to product owners.
  • Completes Incident and Mitigation reporting. Maintains incident and outage records and provides comprehensive reporting. Obtains and records root-cause analysis on outages.
  • Reviews core system product bulletin communications for issues, upgrades, maintenance, enhancements and product updates. Relays relevant information to the product owners and tracks EagleBank tickets when bulletins affect our products. Maintains bulletin tracking.
  • Prepares materials and participates in monthly meeting with core system vendor. Facilitates the scheduled online meetings. Tracks status of open items and next steps.
  • Updates SharePoint with the latest core system vendor information and reports.
  • Produces and analyzes productivity and activity reports for management review.
  • Maintenance and management of data analysis within the institution.
  • Management of the primary third party portal for the organization.
  • Coordinate testing, training and events for the organization in support of Core System activities.
  • Maintains vendor documentation for annual due diligence review – SOC reports, test results and Complimentary User Entity Control documents.
Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or 3 years or a combination of application analysis, business analyst, Vendor Management or related experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Power BI and browser based tools.
  • Ability to learn or adapt quickly; uses logic to approach problem solving

Required Experience


  • Banking Core System experience.
  • Microsoft office certification.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional.
