GENERAL SUMMARY:

Manages and controls contractual relationship with service providers to ensure that contract terms and performance standards meet or exceed established criteria.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Single Point of Business Contact with FIS
  • Prepares, examines, and supports contract negotiations and revisions.
  • Creates and monitors all service level agreements (SLA’s) for assigned contract(s).
  • Reviews FIS invoices for accuracy, in partnership with function heads.
  • Leads financial tracking/recovery of SLA credits.
  • Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist.
  • Participate in reconciliation of monthly billing/invoices; works to ensure any adjustments.
  • Lead Financial Tracking/Recovery Of SLA Credits.
  • Create monthly reports relating to tracking of FIS volumes, exceptions, ticket status, and similar statistics ..
  • Review/triage/distribute FIS Bus./Ops Bulletins internally to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead Financial Tracking/Recovery Of SLA Credits.
  • Manage monthly status meetings (Shared) and associated agenda, reports, minutes, follow-ups.
  • Liaison for Business Applications, New Initiatives and Product Changes.
  • Manage follow-up on open Items, ticket Status, support requests (shared) and FIS internal enhancements to confirm the appropriate activity/action has been taken..
  • Maintain current bulletin distribution list.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

  • 5 years direct experience as a contract administrator in an Operations context, coordinating contract performance and provisions, tracking and reporting performance.
  • 3 years experience in the Financial Services Sector, preferably in Operations, Technology, Vendor Management, or Supply-Chain.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate tracking/reporting of performance while building a productive working relationship with services provider.

Outstanding “people skills” are a must in this role. Position requires ability to create successful, productive relationships with internal/external teams, and 3rd-Party team members at all levels.

Perferred Education/Experience:

  • PM Certificate preferred

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of banking operations, credit, and loan documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of banking policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to carry out instructions, and instruct others, train personnel, read analyze and interpret documents.
  • Ability to plan department activities, set objectives, develop strategies, budgeting, delegating, motivating, and directing employees to the desired outcome.
  • Knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate, and consumer loan products and processing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; expert in Excel.
