Ensures all submitted loan applications are reviewed, completed & logged. Maintains strong working relationship with all internal and external customers. Assists all internal & external customers with B2B products and services along with other banking needs. Communicates loan status & progress to internal & external customers. Ensures all proper documents are collected, reviewed, organized, and scanned prior to submission to internal and/or external customers.

  • Consistently provide excellent customer services to external and internal customers.
  • Reviews loan package approval ( new loans, extension, modifications) prior to submitting.
  • Completes input sheets for loan documentations, funding and releasing collateral, requests UCC lien search, COGS, appraisal, researches customer requests, etc.
  • Provides internal and external customer support via email or telephone response.
  • Participates with weekly, monthly reporting, small projects and ensures B2B Portfolio Manager (PM) has back up support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Small Business documentation.
  • General knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who can think strategically, operate independently and take accountability for the function.
  • Ability to motivate, influence and collaborate with others both internally and externally.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize your focus on most impactful activities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • The ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to Relationships F•I•R•S•T in all areas of job performance.
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college in Business or Finance or similar field preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of Consumer, Small Business, or Commercial Lending experience required.
  • At least two (2) years of banking customer service experience required.
