GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under close supervision, monitors lines of credit in the bank’s Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolio; enters pertinent data to calculate and process borrowing availability of accounts receivable including advance request submissions. Communicates with borrowers and notifies lending teams of the status of the borrowing bases. Ensure that lines of credit adhere to EagleBank policies and procedures. Alerts manager of any issues related to ABL portfolio.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews and enters relevant customer data into the Banks’ Borrowing Base Application to determine the customers’ borrowing base availability. Analyzes collateral such as AR, Inventory, Marketable Securities and other collaterals.
  • Processes advances and payments against line of credit.
  • Communicates and ensure reset credit line limit is correct in the loan system (IBS) through Loan Servicing.
  • Communicates with lending teams and borrowers regarding customer borrowing base status updates, alerts and approvals.
  • Regularly reviews and ensures sweep accounts are active and working correctly in the deposit system (IBS).
  • Scans complete borrowing base reports into bank scanning system on a daily basis.
Required Skills

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field preferred

Required Certifications, Licenses or systems needed :

  • None

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting terminology
  • General working knowledge of MS Office; intermediate level Excel
  • General knowledge of using office equipment such as scanner, printer and phone
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Additional experience in accounting or credit training from college classes and/or training courses preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of Asset Based Lending experience or in a related field.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting commercial loan agreements.
